We are currently not able to accept credit card payments, so all payments must be made in the form of a manual check.
Upon submission of the registration form on the next page, the registration system will automatically send the attendee a confirmation of class enrollment. The email will also provide a W-9 form to enable the attendee to pay the invoice when it is sent in January 2017.
The registration system allows the attendee to register her/himself, or the system will allow a person to complete the registration on the attendee's behalf. The attendee (or the person registering on the attendee's behalf) will have an option in the system to request that confirmation be emailed to someone other than the attendee, if desired. Payment instructions and an invoice will be sent to this person via email, as requested.
To hold the spot in the registration system, the invoice must be paid within 6 weeks of registration, so we ask that the invoice be processed by the institution immediately upon receipt.
